great photos luxurious space 5-star service

The hotel matched its photos. the location was near the lake and water puppet show. common spaces were luxurious. service seemed like a 5-star hotel. I would stay here again.

the room lacked air ventilation. noise came from other rooms and the corridor.

poor air flow inadequate soundproofing

The room without windows felt very closed in. Air flow was poor, and it picked up a lot of noise. I could hear sounds from nearby rooms and the hallway. It made relaxing difficult, i wanted better soundproofing.

The staff did everything. the luggage was kept secure after we checked out, that was convenient. complimentary breakfast was excellent. I especially enjoyed the local options.

the windowless room felt stuffy because it had no air ventilation. also, it was noisy as i could hear noise from the other rooms and the corridor.

The staff greeted me warmly. They were very kind. My room had excellent water pressure in the shower. The rooftop bar impressed me. It featured great cocktails.

The windowless room felt stuffy. It lacked air ventilation. I could hear noise from other rooms. The corridor noises bothered me. The hotel charged extra for late checkouts. I felt it was too high.

tracy provided excellent service. she was always available to help with any questions. i stayed in a la sinfonia suite. it had a large french style balcony.

my room lacked air ventilation and it was noisy. i could hear noise from other rooms. the corridor was also a source of noise.

The staff displayed genuine warmth during my entire visit. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices, including local dishes. The majesty suite provided restful sleep due to the bed quality.
